At The Riverstone Life, we want you to absolutely love your gear. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.

We offer replacements or refunds for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund when you contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
